Policies
Reservations – We ask that all reservations be placed as early as possible. We understand that impromptu requests are sometimes necessary, and we will make every effort to accommodate those requests. Orders placed with less than 24 hour notice require confirmation by speaking with our catering team. If you have not received confirmation of your catering request 24 hours before the event, please give us a call.
Catering service hours are 7:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, except Viasat holidays. Please contact the catering department regarding services outside of these hours.
Receptions, dinners, and weekend services are available and must be arranged in advance. These services will incur additional labor fees.
Final billing shall be based on: the final menu of items, quantities and services provided to meet your requirements.
Charges for catering services will be based on prices in effect at the time services are rendered.
72 hour notice is required for all cancellations.
Prices in these menus do not include tax.
Please confirm the final guest count no later than (3) business days prior to the event date.
We produce 5% over for all meal functions.
A server will be required for all hot buffets.
Labor for servers/attendants will be quoted at a rate of $35 per hour for all events/meal functions outside the regular service hours of 7-2pm (2 hr minimum). Events that request a catering food drop within regular service hours, with no additional services needed will not include an additional labor charge.
Bartenders will be quoted at a rate of $35 per hour(2 hr minimum).
Labor is arranged/hired by Eurest. The following is a guideline for establishing labor based on the type of event:
Reception(stations): 1 per 50 guestsReception(tray pass): 1 per 25 guestsBuffet: 1 per 50 guestsPlated: 1 per 10 guestsBar: 1 per 100 guestsChef Tended Stations: 1 per 50 guests1 hour set up and 1 hour for breakdown will also be accounted for in labor costs.
